Great rug, smooth process

I ordered a large grey shaggy rug for my living room and was quite impressed. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, with good filtering options to find what I needed. Delivery took about 6 business days, which was within their estimated window, and the rug arrived well-packaged with no damage. I had a quick question about cleaning instructions, so I used their online chat support, and the agent was helpful and provided clear information. The rug itself is soft, high quality, and exactly as pictured, fitting perfectly into my space. The anti-slip mat I bundled with it also works great. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.

Good deal on a modern rug

I was looking for a modern rug and found a great deal in their clearance section. Got 40% off, which made a big difference. The polypropylene rug is actually really nice for the price. Saved a good chunk of cash and got a quality item. Worth checking their sales.

Good quality, fast shipping

Bought a blue wool rug. It arrived quickly, within four days. Quality is solid, looks nice. Very happy with the purchase.

Decent rug, average delivery

I purchased a distressed rug and it's quite lovely, the colours are true to the website. The quality seems good for the price I paid, definitely a noticeable upgrade for my room. However, delivery took nearly a week, which felt a bit slow compared to some other online retailers I've used. Also, I wished they had provided a more precise delivery window rather than just a day, as I had to wait around. Customer service was fine when I inquired about the tracking, so no real complaints there. Good value overall, but delivery could be a touch faster.

Obsessed with my new rug!

Oh my goodness, I just received my new multi-coloured geometric rug and I am absolutely in love with it! It completely transformed my hallway. The colours are so vibrant and the quality feels amazing. It's even better than I imagined from the pictures. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a washable rug for the kitchen. You guys are the best! I'm definitely telling all my friends about Land of Rugs. Seriously, you have to check them out!

Nice rug, fit right in

Got a new cream plain rug for the bedroom. It came pretty fast, like five days. It looks good and feels soft underfoot. No drama, just a solid rug. My dog seems to like it too, which is a bonus. It was exactly what I needed to finish off the room.
